    It chases what’s open.

No. They text a number, the same way they’d text the office. If you use Procore or Bluebeam, those stay as they are.

It depends on the size of your company and how many jobs you’re running. We’ll go over it on the call, and you’ll get a fixed price before anything starts.

Yes. Trades deal with the same drawings, specs, submittals and follow-ups.

Your files stay in your accounts. I only get the access the work needs, and you can shut it off anytime.

About me

I got into construction by biking around Queens with my résumé, walking into offices and talking to anyone who’d give me five minutes. I still work full time as an assistant PM, so I use what I build.
